CAST ON STRAP MACHINE

Features:

  • Produces One complete batteries per cycle from NS-40 to N-88 Battery
  • Produces 3 battery group per cycle for N-100 to N-200
  • Simple Functioning & Operator friendly Mechanism
  • Robust design to suit all climatic conditions in any part of the world
  • Minimum mould Changeover time

The system consist of two jig boxes /group holder such that ; When one jig box is being processed for casting , the other can be emptied & refilled with group element.

  • On loading the group stack in the jig box/group holder, the lug aligner mechanism automatically aliens the stacked element lugs, ensuring no lugs are left disturbed.
  • The jig box/ group holder is automatically turned upside down with the stacks, for further process.
  • The upside jig box / group holder carries the groups to :

  1.  Lug surface brushing station , where the lugs are cleaned for any dust etc. for proper fluxing
  2. Fluxing on lug for proper fusion / bonding
  3. The intercell connections are casted, which are of good quality and good consistency.
  4. The ready groups are carried back for removal and the second / other jig box is processed for COS operation.

The Unik (Formerly known as Shinghania Industries) COS moulds are designed for perfection, such that It gives long lasting life.

  • The robust design and state of art machining center facility enables, the cavities for straps and poles are highly accurate, which in turn saves lead of the esteemed customer
  • The moulds are designed in such way that the change -over time is minimal.
  • The heating & cooling of mould is well controlled & hence interruptions & rejection like half cast components, blow holes are arrested & rejection is negligible.
  • One Complete battery COS mould for battery variety.
  • For NS40 to N88 Battery variety & three for variety N100 to N200 battery groups.
